Junior Scientist Series Tonight: “Creeps from the Deep”

Hi families,

Join us tonight for our continuation of the  Junior Scientist Series!  We have a special treat: Dr. Bruce Baurele, a Colorado Mesa University biology professor, will be here to talk about how fish, crabs, and octopuses are caught in Alaska, and about other creepy critters under the sea.  Learn more about these fascinating animals at 6:30 PM in the children ‘s center at the Central branch.

Junior Scientist Series is offered the last Monday of each month at 6:30 PM, and is geared towards children between the ages of 8 to 12.  Each month a biology professor hosts a science evening at the Central library, focusing on his or her area of specialty.
