Yes, I would be interested in your mindful parenting program. Does it cover teens?

The Mindful Parenting program offers insight into parenting youngsters of all ages. However, as we had originally planned to offer some talks on “teen only” topics, we will factor that into future planning based on interest.

The Series is facilitated by Elizabeth Clark, L.P.C., Nancy Tanner, M.S.W. and Dr. Matthew Burson. Elizabeth Clark is a mental health therapist who works with adolescents and writes on the topic of teen sexuality. Nancy Tanner is a mental health therapist who works mainly with younger children. Dr. Burson is a child psychiatrist who works out of Colorado West Mental Health.

The series will resume in July once the Central Library reopens at 5th and Grand. Please watch for updates.
