Digital entrepreneur to give website SEO tips Sept. 6 at Factory

Learn tips for making your business website rank better in Google by attending the next Entrepreneurs Lunch and Learn presentation from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, at Factory Coworking, 750 Main St. in Grand Junction.

Stan Stephens from Long Point Digital, a marketing agency in Palisade, will discuss how and why Google chooses which websites to rank at the top of its search results. Stephens will share actionable steps that you can take to make your website rank better, and he’ll give tips on how to avoid common SEO (search engine optimization) scams. A question-and-answer session will close the presentation.

Stephens has operated Long Point Digital for four years. Before moving to Palisade, he was director of digital marketing for Interactivity Digital in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Entrepreneurs Lunch and Learn is an informal educational series sponsored by Mesa County Libraries and Factory. Lunch and Learns are open to the public, and there is no charge to attend. The series features presentations by educators, business owners, entrepreneurs, and others.
