Cali, Davide. Mystery Club: Wild Werewolves; Mummy Mischief.

Expected July, 2019

“I liked this book, but I’d recommend it for someone who believes that monsters like Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster are real. It is about a boy named Kyle, a girl named Zoey, and another girl named Ashley, and they solve mysteries. There are two mysteries in this book, and if you like mystery books, you will zoom through this book. If you love mysteries and monsters, then this is the book for you.”

Hoffman, Sarah and Ian Hoffman. Jacob’s Room to Choose.

Expected May, 2019

“Since Jacob wears a dress and Sophie wears jeans they can’t go to the bathroom and they get kicked out.”

Rating: 5

-Rin, Grade 3

McLeef, Tina. Evie’s Fashion Book.

“This book is based off of the movie Descendants. It was an interesting read even when you haven’t seen the movie. It definitely doesn’t have realistic fashion advice so if you are looking for THAT then this book is just ……unimportant to you. It is a bit pricey $12.99 US and $13.99 Canadian soooo….depends on what you like or are looking for. This book is tricky because it does spoil THE WHOLE ENTIRE MOVIE !!!! Be careful it is pricey and a little bit of a spoiler!”

Rating: 4

Hernandez, Carlos. Sal and Gabi Break the Universe.

“This book is a very interesting book.It was about a boy that ripped a hole in the universe. And he and this other girl are trying to fix it!”
