Thank you for your interest in participating in our Library Deals program.  Please fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm!  If you participated last year, attaching a logo is not necessary unless it’s changed.

  • Please upload a .png (preferred) or .jpeg of your business logo for use on our website and social media. Or, specify in the comment box below if we have permission to get it from your website.
    Max. file size: 10 MB.
  • Examples: 10% off / Buy one/get one / Get a ___ with purchase of ___ / Limit one discount per person, per visit, etc. (Please be as detailed as possible).

  • By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following guidelines:

    • Business must be located in Mesa County, CO.
    • Business must be able to commit to discount for the program year.
    • Business must display the Library Deals window cling throughout the promotional period (we will supply).
    • Business gives permission to the Library to promote their name through online social media and the Library website.
