Teen Reviews: Roses

Finding a book I like and am willing to finish is very difficult. But as I started Roses I found that a book is more than meets the eye and more then what others say about the book. I normally do not enjoy books that take place in the early times but Roses had an enchanting quality to it. Remaking a classic like Beauty and the Beast is hard. Yet Ms. Rose Mannering proved that it is not an impossible task. The main character, Beauty, proved to have the same loving characteristics of the original Beauty as well as vastly different ones. For anyone looking for adventure and romance, I definitely recommend this book.

Teen Reviews presents book reviews by teens in Mesa County. Don’t be surprised if you can’t find some of these books at the library or in stores: teens who attend Teen Book Club on Wednesdays at 4:00 at the Central Library have access to books before they are officially published.
