Resource Navigators from Grand Valley Connects are stationed at the Central Library in downtown Grand Junction, and the Clifton Library at the Clifton Community Campus.

Resource Navigators are part of the Grand Valley Connects program at Mesa County Public Health. This program provides enhanced resource navigation for residents in need.
Resources include things like:

- Child care
- Educational Programs
- Employment Services
- Disability Services
- Family Support
- Food Assistance
- Medical Health and Health Coverage
- Help with Utility Bills
- Veteran Services
Availability
The Resource Navigators will be available on Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. This excludes county-recognized holidays. Appointments are not needed for an initial visit, however, walk-ins will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
