About Grand Valley Connects

Resource Navigators are part of the Grand Valley Connects program at Mesa County Public Health. This program provides enhanced resource navigation for residents in need.

Resources include things like:

  • Behavioral Health
  • Child care
  • Educational Programs
  • Employment Services
  • Disability Services
  • Family Support
  • Food Assistance
  • Medical Health and Health Coverage
  • Help with Utility Bills
  • Veteran Services

Availability

The Resource Navigators will be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.  This excludes county-recognized holidays. Appointments are not needed for an initial visit, however, walk-ins will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
